At Planberry, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the planner must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with no significant signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Planberry provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

We will provide instructions regarding the return shipment after your return request has been approved.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a planner that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to help us review the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been substantially used, damaged after delivery due to customer handling, or altered from their original condition.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.
